Responsibilities

• Aid in the development of individualized, person-centered treatment plans and lead their implementation.
• Implement all procedures to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the physical site.
• Support individuals in accessing and/or providing transportation.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, is required.
• A valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record are required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities are essential.
