Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals through all procedures.
- Support individuals in accessing and providing transportation.
- Complete and review all required documentation.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the physical site.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
- A valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Skills
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to community integration, advocacy, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.

Pay
Open Sky offers competitive compensation and an additional hourly differential based on skills, location, training, and population served.
Schedule
Hours may vary depending on the specific program and location, but typically range from full-time (40 hours per week) to part-time (less than 30 hours per week).
