Responsibilities

• Provide goal-oriented supervision to Counselors
• Facilitate weekly staff meeting, participate in supervision, team, and other assigned meetings
• Manage program budget
• Develop and monitor the implementation of all procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served
• Coordinate with the team to facilitate and monitor the implementation of activities, service plans and support staff with medical and medication protocols
• Assist people to access, and/or provide, all needed transportation

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or higher in Human Services or Social Services related field, or equivalent required
• Experience working with adults with disabilities, required
• Experience within human services field, preferred
• Supervisory experience, required
