DDS Awake Overnight Counselor (30 Hours) - Baldwinville Road

Responsibilities

• Absorb and implement individualized service plans.
• Provide limited personal care, including direct care duties, occasional lifting, medication administration (with training), documentation, transportation, behavioral intervention, role modeling, and recreational activities.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals and maintain the physical site's cleanliness and safety.
• Aid individuals in accessing and providing transportation.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• A valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record are required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities are essential.
