Responsibilities
- Absorb and implement individualized service plans.
- Provide assistance with limited personal care, including direct care duties, occasional lifting, medication administration (with training), documentation, transportation, behavioral intervention, role modeling, and recreational activities.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the physical site.
- Aid individuals in accessing and/or providing transportation.
- Review and complete all required documentation.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
- A valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record are required.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities are essential.
