Purpose of the role
To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
Accountabilities
- Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization's technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
- Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
- Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
Other highly valued skills
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, or Microsoft Graph using connectors or custom APIs
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio advanced patterns, such as generative AI orchestration, multi-topic routing, and AI-assisted experiences
- Understanding of ALM and DevOps concepts for Power Platform, including solutions, environments, and controlled deployments
- Exposure to security, compliance, and data protection considerations within large, regulated organizations.
- Ample in problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn and adapt quickly as Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities evolve
Minimum Salary
Minimum Salary: $120,000
Maximum Salary: $175,000

Location
The role is located in the Whippany, NJ office.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Power Platform including Power Automate flows, custom connectors, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio to build scalable, production-ready solutions
- Be comfortable designing and implementing Copilot / conversational agent solutions, including topics, triggers, integrations, and secure data access
- Have solid understanding of Azure fundamentals, including APIs, Azure Functions, authentication (Entra ID), and integrating Azure services with Power Platform
- Apply low-code development best practices, including solution design, environment management, and governance considerations in enterprise environments
- Collaborate effectively with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
