About the role

Design and develop software solutions utilizing various engineering methodologies to provide business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration with business objectives.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed of industry technology trends and actively contribute to the organization's technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
  • Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
  • Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform including Power Automate flows, custom connectors, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio to build scalable, production-ready solutions.
  • Comfortable designing and implementing Copilot / conversational agent solutions, including topics, triggers, integrations, and secure data access.
  • Solid understanding of Azure fundamentals, including APIs, Azure Functions, authentication (Entra ID), and integrating Azure services with Power Platform.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, or Microsoft Graph using connectors or custom APIs.
  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio advanced patterns, such as generative AI orchestration, multi-topic routing, and AI-assisted experiences.
  • Understanding of ALM and DevOps concepts for Power Platform, including solutions, environments, and controlled deployments.
  • Exposure to security, compliance, and data protection considerations within large, regulated organizations.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn and adapt quickly as Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities evolve.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in Power Platform and Azure.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.
  • Experience with low-code development best practices, including solution design, environment management, and governance considerations in enterprise environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Skills

Pay

Minimum Salary: $120,000
Maximum Salary: $175,000
