Description
AWS is a fast-paced technology company and a leader in data centers. The Data Center Technician will ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels of data center operations. This role involves hardware and network diagnostics, physical repair, and may include an on-call rotation.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
- 1+ years of computer networking experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution
- Operating efficiently under pressure
- Experience working in a 24/7 environment
