Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the monthly reporting and deliverables cycle, including schedules, owners, required inputs, internal reviews, revisions, approvals, and submission status.
  • Cook with functional area leads, SMEs, and other team members to collect timely and complete reporting and deliverable inputs.
  • Maintain trackers for deliverables, deadlines, action items, risks, issues, dependencies, customer requests, and open decisions.
  • Communicate upcoming deadlines, follow up on outstanding actions, and elevate delays, quality concerns, or coordination issues to program leadership.
  • Perform final quality assurance reviews of reports, briefings, plans, procedures, and other contract deliverables.
  • Review deliverables for spelling, grammar, clarity, consistency, formatting, template compliance, version accuracy, required content, appropriate CUI markings, and overall submission readiness.
  • Consolidate and refine inputs from multiple contributors into coherent, professional monthly reports, executive briefings, presentations, dashboards, and other program materials.
  • Aid in developing and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, process documents, technical reports, executive summaries, and other technical or program documentation.
  • Work with SMEs and Government stakeholders, as appropriate, to facilitate document development, resolve comments, identify missing content, and keep documentation efforts moving through completion.
  • Convert incomplete or unstructured SME inputs into well-organized drafts while preserving SME ownership and approval of technical content.
  • Maintain templates, style standards, quality checklists, naming conventions, version control, review records, comment-resolution records, and organized document repositories.
  • Support PowerPoint development, speaker notes, charts, tables, process diagrams, and other presentation materials.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes and decisions, assign action owners, and track actions through closure.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, documentation, review, and coordination processes.
  • Provide general project coordination and administrative support to help the Senior Program Manager maintain visibility and control across the contract.

Required Qualifications

  • A current DoD Secret clearance.
  • A DoD 8140/8570-approved baseline certification meeting the contract’s applicable IAT Level II or IAM Level II requirement, such as Security+ CE or another approved certification, as applicable.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, technical writing, information systems, cybersecurity, project management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • Three or more years of experience in project coordination, technical writing, quality assurance, PMO support, federal contracting, IT, cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, document-development, and quality assurance skills.
