Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer needs (Vendor Document and Data Requirements) and determine path forward to deliver the appropriate scope.
- Collect and maintain documentation packages, ensure transmittal of documents to customer after careful examination of document completeness, accuracy and conformance to standards and specifications of the customer.
- Cook up with internal and external stakeholders to resolve documentation challenges and drive successful completion of documentation packages within the required timeline; confer with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and expedite resolution.
- Compile required amendments to documents as well as monitor and control document revisions including changes.
- Collaborate with and assist in expediting customers to receive back documents along with coordinating comments, reviews, and approvals until completion.
- Proficient working in digital environment (Office365, CRM systems, databases, and PDF tools).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills; comfortable collaborating in a mutual influence environment.
- Strong customer focus and ensures that the customer perspective is the driving force behind decisions and activities.
- Self-management: ability to work on multiple scopes in parallel and follow through to completion.
- Ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders on deadlines, expectations, and drive to resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in technical, administrative or related field preferred, but not required.
- One to three years of related experience in coordinating, administering, organizing or analyzing documentation retention, bid specification requirements.
- Attention to details, organizational aptitude, and superior customer service skills necessary
- Strong communication skills whether written, verbal or otherwise required, especially using moderately complex terminology and concepts.
