About the role

The Distribution Center Trainer is responsible for providing training to team members to safely and efficiently unload, sort, and load cartons and pallets in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective on‑the‑job training: lead hands‑on training for new hires and existing team members, ensuring thorough understanding of processes, safety protocols, and performance expectations; tailor training approaches to individual learning styles and operational needs.
• Support daily operational flow: actively work cartons and pallets across all functional areas of the distribution center, demonstrating best practices and setting a high standard for productivity, safety, and accuracy.
