DC Sup IT Systems Admin

DC Support position responsible for IT operational support for the distribution centers in Moreno Valley, CA. This role requires a self-starter who is goal-oriented and able to work independently, with on-call support to address operational needs for the DC. Timely response is critical due to 24x7 operations and shipping requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate helpdesk requests for the DC, including account management, hardware support (networking, servers, printers, mobile devices), and troubleshooting.
• Maintain system documentation and hardware inventory.
• Uphold IT policies and procedures in the distribution centers.
• Follow safety guidelines to ensure personal safety and understand the impact of the role on other warehouse departments.
• Develop and maintain productive, professional relationships with peers, superiors, and others.
• Represent the company positively and support core values in daily work engagements.
• Understand daily goals and objectives, with opportunities to advance within the organization.

Pay

$33.32 - $45.00 per hour. The salary range reflects the estimated minimum and maximum target for new hires in Moreno Valley, California. Individual pay is determined by location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
