About the role

This position requires strong Windows administration experience, including on-premise and Azure cloud-hosted VMs, as well as troubleshooting skills and experience with GPO, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of provisioning VMs, Windows servers, patching, and decommissioning processes, as well as Citrix application and desktop delivery.

Exposure to Linux servers, such as RHEL and CentOS, is also desirable.

Requirements

• Strong Windows administration experience (2016, 2019, 2022) with on-premise and Azure cloud-hosted VMs
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with GPO, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
• Good understanding of provisioning VMs, Windows servers, patching, and decommissioning processes
• Good understanding of Citrix application and desktop delivery
• Exposure to Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills

• Virtualization platform
• Backup familiarity and experience with backup and restore process and tools
• Exposure to load balancers and firewalls (basic activities)
• Exposure to Microsoft Intune
• Exposure to Identity providers (OKTA, etc.)
