System Admin

Duties

• Install and set up end-user hardware to include PCs, printers, and peripheral equipment.
• Support LAN, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, including connectivity issues, performance problems.
• Install and configure desktop applications.
• Ensure end-users have access to the tools and applications needed for their role.
• Push software packages and updates to the appropriate team members.
• Provide break/fix support for desktop computers.
• Troubleshoot all hardware and software related issues, providing equipment replacements as needed.
• Support IT asset tracking and documentation.
