Duties
- Install and set up end-user hardware to include PCs, printers, and peripheral equipment.
- Support LAN, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, including connectivity issues, performance problems.
- Install and configure desktop applications.
- Ensure end-users have access to the tools and applications needed for their role.
- Push software packages and updates to the appropriate team members.
- Provide break/fix support for desktop computers.
- Troubleshoot all hardware and software related issues, providing equipment replacements as needed.
- Support IT asset tracking and documentation.
Qualifications
- Hands-on technical support of end-user equipment and local area networks
- Desktop and deskside support
- Strong communication and collaboration
