DC Specialist 2 - Full Time
About the role
DC Specialists perform a variety of operational office and clerical duties including waveplanning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, Prêt-à-porter work management, and generating departmental reports, depending upon the department and function they are assigned.
Responsibilities
- Follow all established company standard operating procedures to ensure integrity of assigned work and production output.
- Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
- Follow all Company, state and OSHA safety rules, policies and regulations to ensure safe working practices, including proper work attire; report safety violations and potential safety violations to appropriate supervisory or management personnel.
- Comply with all Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures, including proper work attire.
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by Sephora.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule and adhere to the requirement of working any designated shift and overtime as requested per business and operational needs.
- Provide high quality internal and external customer service per company standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a distribution center/warehouse environment preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Basic math skills.
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with associates and vendors at multiple levels both in person, on the phone and in writing.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to understand other functions of the business as they apply to position.

Skills
- Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or previous experience with menu-driven applications, and/or ability to learn system.
Benefits
Starting base pay is $20.40 - $21.85/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
Schedule
Job will be posted for a minimum of 5 days.
Pay
The target hourly pay for this position is $20.40 - $21.85. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including starting wages competitive to the market for similar roles; relevant qualifications and experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position and/or geographic location.
