About the role

As a Product Manager at Sephora, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Experience with product development tools and methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
