Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, accurate, and productive work environment
• Stack products exiting the conveyor safely and securely on pallets
• Apply a positive and enthusiastic approach to customer service while maintaining professionalism
• Demonstrate behaviors that exemplify Rural King’s Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement
• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support
• Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs and workshops
• Use an RF scan gun to scan cases off the conveyor and associate them with designated load labels
• Ensure pallets are stacked securely and cubed to max capacity to maximize shipping efficiency
• Close and secure loads with wrap, and pull completed pallets from the line using a pallet jack
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly quality and production goals
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
• Strong math and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
• Proven track record of producing error-free work and meeting quality standards
• Ability to adapt to new environments, responsibilities, and tasks
• Willingness to take on new responsibilities and projects with a proactive approach to learning and growth
• Genuine enthusiasm for learning and personal growth, with a growth mindset

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.75 per hour, with eligibility for shift premium and overtime pay in compliance with applicable laws. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.
