DC IT Administrative Associate

About the role
In this role, you’ll spend your day as a go-to support for the building—greeting visitors, assisting associates and leaders, and helping coordinate the day-to-day administrative needs of the distribution center.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support, including organizing, maintaining, and distributing reports, documents, and materials in line with established procedures
- Create, edit, format, and proofread documents, reports, and communications using Microsoft Office and other systems
- Support office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating vendor needs, and maintaining an organized and functional workspace
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, route inquiries to the appropriate departments, and manage messages as needed
- Manage facility access by greeting visitors, supporting check-in processes, and ensuring compliance with building access protocols
- Serve as a point of contact for associates, visitors, and customers, providing a professional and helpful experience
- Partner with site leadership to support associate engagement initiatives, committees, safety programs, and training activities
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs
Requirements
- 3+ years of administrative experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage priorities through effective organization
- Proficient in computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and a team-centric mentality
- Experience reviewing and working with financial or operational documents preferred
- High level of integrity and professionalism, including handling confidential information appropriately
- Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to following all safety policies
- Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Pay
Starting pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (hourly bonus eligible).
