DC Inventory Control Associate

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory values in store buildings and for customers.
  • Find, track, and communicate issues related to inventory, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support.
  • Actively participate in learning initiatives and acquire new knowledge.
  • Ensure timely and accurate flow of freight through standard reporting.
  • Audits purchase orders before posting to the host (Oracle).
  • Identify, resolve, and communicate all system/inventory issues using desktop terminals, RF scan guns, and Microsoft functions.
  • Comply with operational practices for all inventory management.
  • Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Previous experience with powered industrial equipment.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn latitude systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
