Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory values in store buildings and for customers.
- Find, track, and communicate issues related to inventory, processes, and procedures.
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support.
- Actively participate in learning initiatives and acquire new knowledge.
- Ensure timely and accurate flow of freight through standard reporting.
- Audits purchase orders before posting to the host (Oracle).
- Identify, resolve, and communicate all system/inventory issues using desktop terminals, RF scan guns, and Microsoft functions.
- Comply with operational practices for all inventory management.
- Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Previous experience with powered industrial equipment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn latitude systems.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
