About the role
We’re seeking an Inventory Control Associate who excels in accuracy and detail, and is eager to contribute to our smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Monitoring: Track inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and maintain accurate data in our inventory management system.
- Stock Audits: Conduct regular cycle counts and physical audits to verify records and catch discrepancies early.
- Data Management: Update records, generate stock-level reports, and analyze data to support smart decision-making across the business.
- Order Management: Assist with purchase orders, track incoming shipments, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate root causes of inventory errors and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Inventory Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and recommend reorder points to prevent stockouts and maintain optimal inventory.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations related to inventory management.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with warehousing, sales, and procurement teams to coordinate inventory needs and address issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Spot opportunities to improve processes and contribute to inventory management best practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in inventory management, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory management or a similar operations role.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar inventory software is a plus.
- A clear verbal and written communicator who collaborates well across teams.
- A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative to resolve issues before they escalate.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods.
- Forklift operation experience preferred; certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.

Overtime is available and weekend work is considered.
Pay
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
7:00am - 3:30pm Monday through Friday.
