About the role

We’re seeking an Inventory Control Associate who excels in accuracy and detail, and is eager to contribute to our smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Monitoring: Track inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and maintain accurate data in our inventory management system.
  • Stock Audits: Conduct regular cycle counts and physical audits to verify records and catch discrepancies early.
  • Data Management: Update records, generate stock-level reports, and analyze data to support smart decision-making across the business.
  • Order Management: Assist with purchase orders, track incoming shipments, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate root causes of inventory errors and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Inventory Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and recommend reorder points to prevent stockouts and maintain optimal inventory.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations related to inventory management.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with warehousing, sales, and procurement teams to coordinate inventory needs and address issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Spot opportunities to improve processes and contribute to inventory management best practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in inventory management, logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory management or a similar operations role.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar inventory software is a plus.
  • A clear verbal and written communicator who collaborates well across teams.
  • A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative to resolve issues before they escalate.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods.
  • Forklift operation experience preferred; certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.

Benefits

Overtime is available and weekend work is considered.

Pay

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

7:00am - 3:30pm Monday through Friday.
