Job Title: Dialectical Behavior Therapist (DBT)

Location: 1811 Weir Drive, Suite 270 Woodbury, MN 55125

Working Model: Onsite

Responsibilities

• Participate in a virtual DBT Consultation team
• Complete a mental health diagnostic assessment on new patients
• Provide high quality ongoing therapy with patients
• Help lead weekly DBT Groups
• Maintain complete and organized outpatient electronic health records
• Ensure appropriate coordination of care for patients and collaboration with other professionals
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews

Requirements

• Mental Health Professional as per Minnesota State Statute 245i.04.02 regulations
• Unrestricted license (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, or LP)
• Open to considering unlicensed candidates depending on experience
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) experience strongly preferred but not required

Compensation

• We offer multiple pay options to meet your professional and financial goals!
• Rate Based Pay Model: Licensed: $68,000 – 75,000, Pre-licensed: $50,000 – 55,000
• Commission Based Pay Model: Licensed: $66,000 – 124,000, Pre-licensed: $58,000 – 91,000
