Position Summary

Amidst the responsibilities of managing, securing, and maintaining enterprise databases across MSSQL / SQL Server, this mid-level Database Administrator is tasked with ensuring database security, integrity, and availability through policy development and enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure database security, integrity, and availability by developing and enforcing policies.
• Design and implement data models, schemas, and database structures.
• Develop and maintain data access, tables, and database code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, capacity, and replication issues.
• Support distributed data systems and optimize database operations.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of DBA or related experience
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server / MSSQL
• Familiarity with standard DBA tools, practices, and procedures
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Works under general supervision, with opportunity for independent judgment and problem-solving
• Requires creativity and flexibility in handling varied tasks
