Location: Coleman, MI

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Stable daytime hours—no evenings, no weekends!)

Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance: Clean and maintain offices, hallways, lobbies, and common areas.
• Surface & Floor Care: Perform routine dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Sanitize & Refresh: Clean and disinfect restrooms and break areas throughout the day.
• Waste Management: Empty trash bins and replace liners across the facility.
• Stocking: Monitor and restock paper products, soaps, and cleaning supplies.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from the facility in Coleman.
• Strong time management skills, a keen eye for detail, and a history of dependable attendance.
• Ability to manage your daily task checklist efficiently without constant supervision.

Previous janitorial, custodial, or dayporter experience is a plus, but not required.
