About the role

Bancroft NeuroRehab is seeking compassionate and motivated Direct Support Professionals to join our Adult Residential Program. We support adults with brain injuries and neurological conditions as they work toward greater independence, confidence, and community connection. As a DSP, you will be an essential part of each individual’s rehabilitation journey—providing hands-on support, encouragement, and care that truly transforms lives.

Responsibilities

• Empower adults to develop skills for daily life
• Encourage independence through personalized plans of care
• Plan events and outings to build the Bancroft community
• Belong to a supportive team that holds one another accountable
• Communicate with residents, families, and guardians

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to work well in teams and open to learning new skills
• Ability and willingness to work weekends
• Current driver's license in good standing

Pay

Hourly rate: $19.06–$19.44/hr
