Responsibilities

• Helping individuals with personal hygiene and behavioral challenges
• Supporting development of goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Building meaningful relationships and encouraging community participation
• Taking initiative to enhance participants' quality of life

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services, care, or care coordination preferred
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior
• Valid Driver’s license and access to insured, registered vehicle
