Session Excellence

• Conduct safe, knowledgeable, and effective recovery sessions utilizing our state-of-the-art equipment and modalities.
• Deliver impactful introductory sessions, and successfully sell monthly subscriptions and packages.
• Ensure accurate setup and ongoing tracking of client programs, including dotFIT profiles, lifestyle supplements, and modality utilization.
• Maintain a pristine, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the Recovery Center, ensuring all equipment is clean and fully operational.
• Respond professionally to member inquiries, build strong relationships, and actively encourage member involvement in recovery routines.

Sales & Growth

• Introduce guests and members to the Recovery Center, deliver impactful introductory sessions, and successfully sell monthly subscriptions and packages.

Program Administration

• Ensure accurate setup and ongoing tracking of client programs, including dotFIT profiles, lifestyle supplements, and modality utilization.

Operational Standards

• Maintain a pristine, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the Recovery Center, ensuring all equipment is clean and fully operational.

Community Connection

• Respond professionally to member inquiries, build strong relationships, and actively encourage member involvement in recovery routines.

• A strong understanding of customer service fundamentals and a proven track record in a sales-driven environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to educate members on recovery science and supplement benefits.

Education

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Current dotFIT certification (or willingness to complete during onboarding).
• Current CPR/AED certification (or in progress).
