• Program Management: Oversee the administration of client programs, including dotFIT and supplement integration.
• Onboarding: Participate in our paid onboarding program to master the fundamentals of sales and business growth.

Compensation

Qualifications

• Proven background in customer service and sales; experience in a spa or wellness environment is preferred.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Current dotFIT certification (or in progress).
• A nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus.
• Availability: Must be able to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule.

Education

High School Diploma or GED required.

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• The ability to set up and execute successful weekend events
