About the role

Hourly Pay Rate: $17.50 + DOE

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (12hr Day Shift) with rotating weekends

Responsibilities

• Operate various production equipment monitoring overall performance, efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot system performance and quality problems, correcting them and stabilizing performance as they occur.
• Replenish materials ongoing as materials are depleted.
• Maintain production, efficiency and quality records.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate the company's Core Values and use Performance Excellence principles to continuously improve effectiveness, efficiency, products, and services.
• Participate on improvement teams, recommend and implement improvement ideas, and engage in training and activities to stay updated on processes and information.

Requirements

• Entry level position. No experience required.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

• Manufacturing environment.
• Regular standing, kneeling, bending, walking, and stooping.
• Must be able to stand for 12-hour shifts.
