12 Hour Shift Production Operator

About the role

Kreate is a family-owned plastic injection molding company based in Findlay, Ohio, with operations across five states. Responsibilities

• Maintain efficiency to the approved standard
• Inspect items and sort by visual inspections to ensure defect-free products
• Prepare product via deburring and cleaning to meet product standards
• Inspect and pack products according to the standard
• Maintain work area and equipment by cleaning, organizing, and keeping it in order
• Provide accurate production reporting and scrap counts at the end of the shift
• Communicate with previous shifts to receive important job information
• Communicate with Team Leaders and supervisors when issues arise
• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED certificate
• The ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment, including long periods of standing
• Basic math skills
• An attention to detail
• The ability to multitask
• The ability to lift heavy boxes regularly
• Able to work in a team environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Pay

• Starting pay: $20/hr
• Pay increases every 6 months

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend off)
