PRODUCTION OPERATOR - 12 Hour Shift

Responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining production lines
• Ensuring product quality through quality control procedures
• Communicating effectively with team members
• Training new staff members

Qualifications

• Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 food manufacturing environment
• Experience with equipment operation, preferably in the food industry
• Understanding and adherence to quality control procedures
• Excellent communication skills to effectively work with team members
• Ability to train and mentor new staff members
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve production line issues
• Good record-keeping skills to accurately document process operations
• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Skills

• Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is a plus

Pay

• Employees can earn more than $33.00 per hour within their first two months, with the potential to earn more than $40.00 per hour through position‑based incentive pay
