Day Residential Advisor

About the Role

We help job seekers and career changers prepare for and advance in careers with a focus on sustainable, high-growth, high-demand industries. This role ensures quality services in dormitory and recreation/leisure learning programs for students.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a 3% Worker to Resident ratio is maintained in dormitories.
• Deliver quality recreation/leisure learning services to meet established goals.
• Maintain a goal of 10% or fewer level one and two offenses in dorms and recreation areas.
• Reduce serious incidents during evening program hours.
• Increase student involvement in Recreation/Leisure Learning and Leisure Time Employment.
• Increase opportunities by 10% for students to lead project-based teams during event hours.
• Conduct analysis of relevant documents to determine if dorms and teams are meeting goals.
• Analyze data to identify and resolve problems.
• Institute and submit corrective actions to improve quality service in all areas.
• Ensure all equipment assigned to departments is properly accounted for and maintained in good condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education Diploma.
• One year of related experience and/or training.
• Experience working with youth and adults ages 16-24 in an educational or training setting is preferred.
• Data entry experience.
• Familiarity and knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
