Day Porter – Full-Time

Location: Louisville, OH

Schedule

1st shift, 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday. Schedule subject to change based on business needs.

Minimal travel (1-10%).

Pay

$17.00–18.00 per hour. Weekly pay on Fridays if hourly status. On Demand Pay available through Ceridian: Dayforce.

Responsibilities

• Operate a pick-up truck to drive to different stops on a scheduled route
• Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted
• Perform labor duties as required by team lead, such as:
  • Litter pick-up along highways
  • Cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail properties
  • Using a leaf blower to clear sidewalks
  • Changing trash bags
  • Walking the property to check for issues

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• DOT Physical (paid for by the company) and DOT Medical Card
• High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience closely related to the field
• Experience working outdoors
• Ability to follow directions and read maps
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Must pass and maintain drug-free status; employment and random drug tests required
• Ability to operate a pick-up truck safely
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. occasionally
• Moderate lifting (no greater than 40 lbs.), reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping
• Ability to stand for a full shift, walk, climb stairs, and bend as required
