Day Porter - Full-Time

About the role

The role involves managing day-to-day operations at a commercial cleaning facility, including overseeing cleaning schedules, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning schedules and ensure adherence to established protocols.
• Supervise cleaning staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are in good working order and restocked as necessary.
• Monitor and report on cleaning quality and efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding cleaning services.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in commercial cleaning.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
