The Day One Technician is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of company systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Perform routine system maintenance and upgrades
• Document and communicate system status and issues to management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of relevant IT support experience
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
