Responsibilities

  • Maintain meeting coordination to optimize leadership time and efficiency.
  • Manage issues as they arise in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Oversee administrative processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and improving workflow efficiency.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professionalism in as per established deadlines.
  • Upload check requests and petty cash in ReQlogic for processing, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions per process guidelines.
  • Maintain custodian responsibilities for metrocards and petty cash, ensuring proper tracking, distribution, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain organized records, confidential files, and documentation to support business operation.
  • Close case records in accordance with organizational policies, maintaining proper documentation and compliance.
  • Prepare records for auditing, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and readily accessible for review.
  • Supervise receptionist staff, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

  • A High School degree or GED.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Leadership & Collaboration ability.
  • Ability to independently prioritize and execute multiple complex tasks.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency.
