Responsibilities
- Maintain meeting coordination to optimize leadership time and efficiency.
- Manage issues as they arise in an efficient and effective manner.
- Oversee administrative processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and improving workflow efficiency.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
- Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professionalism in as per established deadlines.
- Upload check requests and petty cash in ReQlogic for processing, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions per process guidelines.
- Maintain custodian responsibilities for metrocards and petty cash, ensuring proper tracking, distribution, and reconciliation.
- Maintain organized records, confidential files, and documentation to support business operation.
- Close case records in accordance with organizational policies, maintaining proper documentation and compliance.
- Prepare records for auditing, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and readily accessible for review.
- Supervise receptionist staff, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Qualifications
- A High School degree or GED.
- 3+ years of administrative experience.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Leadership & Collaboration ability.
- Ability to independently prioritize and execute multiple complex tasks.
