Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Create opportunities for participants to learn essential life skills
• Foster independence and enhance relationships within the community
• Assist in various activities such as volunteering, recreational pursuits, wellness programs, and skill-building exercises

Requirements

• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• A genuine desire to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• At least 18 years old
• A valid and clean driver's license
• A High School Diploma or GED

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A willingness to learn and adapt to various situations

Pay

A competitive pay rate of $17.50 per hour
