About the role
The Fountaingrove Club, located in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Position Summary
The Day Care Monitor will take care of the needs of children placed in the day care facility while providing a safe and supervised environment. Monitoring children during their reservation time. Ensures that all procedures are followed.
Responsibilities
- Monitor children during their reservation time
- Ensure all procedures are followed
- Assist in making crafts, playing games, and keeping children busy while in Kidd Zone care
- Handle conflicts that may arise while watching children
- Perform daily cleaning tasks
- Maintain a friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy social interaction with children
- Demonstrate patience with children
Qualifications
- CPR certification
Pay & Schedule
- Compensation: $18.25 - $19.44 per hour
- Schedule: 4-hour shift, Day shift, Evening shift, Holidays, Monday to Friday, Weekend availability
- No travel required – only one location
