Datacenter Technician IV - Goodyear - Day
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain monitoring of the system for equipment failure or performance errors.
- Respond to program error messages by identifying and correcting issues or terminating programs.
- Assist programmers and systems analysts in testing and debugging new programs.
- Operate spreadsheet programs and other software to load and manipulate data and generate reports.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training required.
- 8-10 years of experience required.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage time.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of data center operations and maintenance.
- Experience with data center infrastructure and server management.
- Understanding of network design tasks and standard protocols.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and perform grounding, staging, and cabling tasks.
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting techniques and incident reporting procedures.

- Proficiency in operating spreadsheet programs and other software tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
