About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Implement and maintain software solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support or customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
