About the role
Lead a team of database administrators in managing and optimizing company databases.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement database strategies to support business operations.
- Manage database performance and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement database solutions.
- Train and mentor junior database professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in database management.
- Experience with SQL and database optimization techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Proficient in SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).
- Knowledge of database design and normalization.
- Experience with database security and backup procedures.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with database administration tools (e.g., DBMS, SQL Server Management Studio).

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
Schedule
