Key Responsibilities
- Manage CAD-MEP fabrication databases (Fabrication CADmep, CAMduct, ESTmep)
- Develop and maintain Revit families and BIM content standards
- Ensure consistency between Revit models and fabrication databases
- Administer Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for coordination and document control
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for project and fabrication insights
- Develop Dynamo scripts to automate workflows and QA/QC processes
- Support data standardization, integration, and reporting across teams
- Troubleshoot BIM, database, and workflow issues
- Maintain libraries, specifications, and version control
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in BIM/VDC, mechanical construction, or database management
- Strong proficiency in Revit and Autodesk Fabrication tools
- Experience with Dynamo scripting for automation
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Power BI
- Understanding of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
- Strong problem-solving and data management skills
- Experience with APIs or advanced automation tools is a plus
