BIM Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated, forward thinking BIM Manager with at least 6 years of experience in Revit-led architectural projects. As the firm's BIM subject-matter expert, you will optimize BIM workflows, develop robust standards, lead training, and drive model quality and coordination across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Design required
• 6 to 10 years’ experience as a BIM operator preferably with luxury residential, hospitality, and high-end development projects
• Certified Autodesk Revit professional, familiarity with Dynamo and Revit API, Rhino is preferred
• Proven experience creating template files, custom families, LOD based assets, and managing a firmwide library
• Strong competency in Navisworks, BIM 360, BIM Collaborate Pro, Dynamo, and familiarity with SketchUp, Enscape, D5, V-ray
• Expert level construction materials, building assemblies, case work and building products required
• Experience with managing workflows and collaborating in a team environment with attention to details
• Excellent leadership, communication, and ability to mentor teams
