Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and secure databases to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and IT teams to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Generate and distribute standard & complex reports and dashboards.
- Maintain detailed logs of data management activities and issues.
Requirements
- Experience in database design and management.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in database administration and management.
- Experience with Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) is a plus.
