Database Analyst and Facility coordinator

About the role

FAM Integrity Officer and Co-Use Coordinator tasks will include:

• Represent customer as the administrator of the Facility Accreditation Module (FAM) system, which includes managing user accounts and supporting user access.
• Train FAM users desk side and in formal classroom sessions.
• Execute the development of ad hoc, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required to ensure data integrity, access data accuracy, and to support FAM management.
• Develop, document and manage Discrepancy Reports, Change Reports, and general requirements for FAM.
• This includes support to government management at meetings on the development of the FAM system, cleanup of discovered errors, and managing any developmental issues.
• Where possible debug errors in the system, test updates and hot fixes during User Acceptance Testing.
• Utilize SQL back end to perform data correction, cleanup, update, and reporting in FAM.
• Work with other offices to interface data appropriately between FAM and other databases, including but not limited to Contract and Information Technology (IT) systems.
• Provide technical support and advise to the Government when attending working groups within the Intelligence Community on common Facility Accreditation processes and tools.
• Provide support to government on the routing of Co-Use and Joint-Use agreements, an official ICD 705 form, between government agencies. Record documentation and compete the workflow in FAM.

Skills and experience

• Experience with physical and logical database design.
• Experience with web-based interfaces for database display and update.
• Excellent understanding of and experience with relational database architecture and design.
• Experience with web development tools and related applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with systems requirements definition, systems update, testing and training.
• Familiarity with ICD 705.
