We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro about company culture, mission, values, etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need headings for sections that have content. We have: - Intro paragraph about company culture, mission, values, etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says "About the role" is an example. We'll use that. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Qualifications: list of qualifications. - Benefits: list of benefits (Flexible work environment, Career advancement, Competitive base salary, Bonus opportunity, Vacation, Personal, Sick and Holiday pay, Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life and AD&D insurance, 401k with a company match, 30% merchandise discount). Also note "We Offer a Comprehensive Benefits Package That Includes ..." So we can put Benefits section. - Pay: The posting includes "Pay Range $80,000 - $95,000". Also earlier says "Competitive base salary" but that's in benefits. The specific pay range is given. So we should include Pay section with that range. - Schedule: Not mentioned. So omit. - Skills: Not explicitly separate; could be part of qualifications. But we could include Skills if there is explicit list. There's "Proficiency with PowerShell, T-SQL, or similar scripting languages" etc. That's more qualifications. We'll not create a Skills section unless there is explicit skills list. The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine skills into Qualifications or Responsibilities. Probably better to have Qualifications section covering education, experience, knowledge, skills. So we will not create separate Skills. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose, use

. So: - About the role: prose paragraph(s). Could be multiple paragraphs but we can combine into one

with the intro text. - Responsibilities:

    • each duty. - Qualifications:
      • each qualification item. - Benefits:
        • each benefit. - Pay: maybe a

with the pay range. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must preserve all substantive information. Ensure we don't miss any details. Let's extract the intro text: "We are authentic, professional providers of fun, focused on building a Great Place To Work For All by staying true to our mission: “Life’s a Party, We’re Makin’ It Fun!” and “So Much Fun It’s Scary!” At Spencer’s and Spirit, we do the right thing always-integrity, fairness, respect, and transparency are our foundation. You will find our culture to be inclusive, passionate, resilient, and one that values differences and embraces all. One Team / One Goal We are leaders and owners of our business success. Whether it’s developing new and exclusive costumes, quality testing products, or implementing technology solutions, our teams understand the value of working collaboratively to embrace change through innovation, curiosity, and thoughtfulness. We Offer a Comprehensive Benefits Package That Includes Flexible work environment Career advancement Competitive base salary Bonus opportunity Vacation, Personal, Sick and Holiday pay Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life and AD&D insurance 401k with a company match 30% merchandise discount" Wait that includes benefits already. Actually the benefits list appears in that paragraph. We need to separate benefits into its own section. So we should extract the benefits list from that paragraph and not duplicate in About the role. Thus About the role paragraph should be up to before "We Offer a Comprehensive Benefits Package". Let's split: Intro: "We are authentic, professional providers of fun, focused on building a Great Place To Work For All by staying true to our mission: “Life’s a Party, We’re Makin’ It Fun!” and “So Much Fun It’s Scary!” At Spencer’s and Spirit, we do the right thing always-integrity, fairness, respect, and transparency are our foundation. You will find our culture to be inclusive, passionate, resilient, and one that values differences and embraces all. One Team / One Goal We are leaders and owners of our business success. Whether it’s developing new and exclusive costumes, quality testing products, or implementing technology solutions, our teams understand the value of working collaboratively to embrace change through innovation, curiosity, and thoughtfulness." Then benefits list follows. Thus About the role: that intro paragraph. Responsibilities: list after "Responsibilities". The bullet points start after that heading. We need to capture each duty. Let's list responsibilities: - Administer, monitor, and maintain SQL Server environments across development, QA, staging, and production systems in both on-premises and Azure cloud environments - Configure, patch, upgrade, secure, and support database servers while performing backups, recovery validation, release deployments, and scheduled maintenance activities - Troubleshoot and resolve database issues related to performance, availability, storage, connectivity, failed jobs, and system outages, providing end-to-end support and root cause analysis - Partner with development teams to optimize database performance through query tuning, schema design improvements, indexing strategies, and execution plan analysis - Support and maintain high availability and disaster recovery solutions, ensuring business continuity and compliance with recovery objectives - Develop and enhance automation, monitoring, reporting, and operational processes using PowerShell, T-SQL, and other scripting tools - Lead and contribute to DBA team initiatives, including migrations, upgrades, patching projects, documentation, technical mentoring, and participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation Qualifications: after "Qualifications". List: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent degree preferred, with Microsoft SQL Server or Azure certifications, a plus - Three to five years of hands-on Microsoft SQL Server administration experience supporting production and non-production environments - Strong knowledge of SQL Server installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, backups, recovery, security, performance tuning, and day-to-day operational support - Experience with high availability and disaster recovery technologies, including Always On Availability Groups, failover clustering, log shipping, replication, and backup-based recovery solutions - Experience supporting SQL Server ecosystem technologies such as SSIS, SSRS, SQL Agent, ETL processes, Azure SQL services, and database monitoring platforms - Proficiency with PowerShell, T-SQL, T-SQL, or similar scripting languages to automate administrative tasks, monitoring, reporting, and operational processes (typo: PowerShell, T-SQL) - Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, storage, networking, compliance requirements, change management, incident management, and disaster recovery best practices - Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills with the ability to document procedures, support stakeholders, manage competing priorities, mentor team members, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Benefits: list from "We Offer a Comprehensive Benefits Package That Includes ...": - Flexible work environment - Career advancement - Competitive base salary - Bonus opportunity - Vacation, Personal, Sick and Holiday pay - Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life and AD&D insurance - 401k with a company match - 30% merchandise discount Pay: "Pay Range $80,000 - $95,000". Also earlier says "The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position." We could include that prose as well. But we need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". This is specific. We can include a

with that sentence and then the range maybe as

          or

            . Probably just a

with the range. We should not include the sentence "The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position." That is substantive, not filler. So include it. Thus Pay section:

The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.

            Pay Range $80,000 - $95,000

Or combine. Now ensure we don't repeat any content. Also ensure we don't include the benefits list in About the role. Now produce HTML fragment:

            About the role

We are authentic, professional providers of fun, focused on building a Great Place To Work For All by staying true to our mission: “Life’s a Party, We’re Makin’ It Fun!” and “So Much Fun It’s Scary!” At Spencer’s and Spirit, we do the right thing always-integrity, fairness, respect, and transparency are our foundation.
