About the role

We are a small, high-impact technology team seeking a versatile developer who can adapt as business needs evolve. This role requires the ability to operate across multiple domains, including data warehouse engineering with strong SQL expertise, ERP integration and customization, and C# web application development. You will work closely with business stakeholders and customers, supporting and enhancing multiple ERP systems while ensuring our data warehouse and custom applications deliver accurate, secure, compliant, and auditable financial and operational data.

Responsibilities

  • Operate across multiple domains including data warehouse engineering, ERP integration and customization, and C# web application development.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and customers, supporting and enhancing multiple ERP systems.
  • Ensure data warehouse and custom applications deliver accurate, secure, compliant, and auditable financial and operational data.
  • Support systems in regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., aerospace, defense, medical, or similar).
  • Design, build, test, secure, and support the solutions you deliver.
  • Share best practices and improve processes within and across teams.
  • Scope, design, and build towards the right solution.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Data Warehousing using Azure technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure technologies, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Active Directory
  • Proficiency in .Net framework including C#, Visual Studio, and Web APIS
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and ETL concepts
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Customer-service mindset with clear communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
  • Experience working within structured SDLC and release management processes
  • Experience supporting systems in regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., aerospace, defense, medical, or similar)

Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (Epicor, SyteLine, a plus)
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI or similar)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure
  • Familiarity with integrating GitHub tools into your development practices
  • Familiarity with environmental promotion and change management best practices
