About the role

The role involves leading software development projects, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality products within tight deadlines. Candidates should have a strong background in software engineering and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead software development projects from conception to deployment
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Perform code reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Participate in regular stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions
  • Work closely with QA and testing teams to ensure quality assurance
  • Continuously improve processes and tools to enhance productivity

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development and project management
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile practices
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
