Job Description

• Aid in creating precise and comprehensive quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid proposals.
• Examine drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotes.
• Involvement in bid meetings, outreach to subcontractors, and transition of projects.
• Collaboration with senior estimators, project managers, and superintendents.
• Learn our systems and processes with a clear pathway to becoming a lead estimator.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in construction or a related internship/co-op.
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field (or relevant experience).
• Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.
• A team player who wants to grow into a leadership role.
