Data Specialist (Jr. Accountant)

About the role

Help drive compliance and reporting accuracy behind essential environmental services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit internal and external compliance reports
• Track and manage contract deliverables, permits, and reporting deadlines
• Maintain and update compliance databases and tracking systems
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles

Requirements

• Experience leveraging advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Power Query
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
