Data Specialist II

About the role

The Data Specialist II role can be based anywhere within the Florida market. Under minimal supervision, the Data Specialist II is responsible for gathering and inputting all daily data, ensuring all operational data is entered and/or keyed correctly and ready for review by the Ops Analyst by the end of each working day.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with driver(s) on designated communication platforms regarding missing time clock entries.
• Validate all driver and helper information (including check-in/check-out), OPUS confirmations, and KRONOS information.
• Validate Next Day Optimization (NDO) data.
• Manage cases and confirm/close-out customer tickets daily.
• Assist with data collection and reporting required for incentive pay programs.
• Perform landfill reconciliation, area disposal reporting, and update accounts in MAS with the appropriate information as needed.
• Share responsibility with Business Manager to maintain data and site records.
• Mentor Data Specialist I's as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (accredited).
• 2 years in a data analyst role.
